1. General Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ok www platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Some key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the ok www website, app, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to a registered user's personal profile and balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward given by ok www.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• One person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited.

ok www reserves the right to reject any application without verification, or to close an account at a later time with or without reason. Each account is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

2.1 Accuracy of Personal Information

If any information changes after registration, the user must notify the ok www support team immediately. Providing incorrect information or withholding information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Verification and Security

ok www reserves the right to verify the identity of all accounts. As part of the verification process, users may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure.

3.1 Password and Login Security

Do not share your account password with anyone. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the ok www support team. Users are personally responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure their account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ok www currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing through a third party or using someone else's account is prohibited.
• Any deposit may be held pending completion of verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must go to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.

ok www will not refuse or delay a withdrawal request without valid reason. However, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation if fraud is suspected or verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ok www offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer is stated to be repeatable.
• A bonus applies only to the account under whose name the deposit was made.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address, household, or address claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• ok www reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

ok www's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6. Gaming Rules and Betting Regulations

The ok www platform offers various gaming services including casino games, live casino, slots, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which should be understood before play begins.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the outcome of any bet is affected by a technical error, ok www reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Placing bets on the same event through multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner (arbitrage) is prohibited.

6.2 Faulty Games or Odds

If a software error or incorrect odds leads to an abnormal outcome in any situation, ok www reserves the right to void the transaction and re-settle it at the correct odds. The user will be notified in such cases.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok www platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to collect or hack another user's account information.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users or ok www staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, the full balance of the account concerned may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ok www may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of suspicious activity related to fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide documents required for account verification.
• Inability to verify personal information as requested.

Users may also request account closure at any time through the ok www support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before voluntarily closing an account.

9. Limitation of Liability

ok www makes every effort to operate its platform smoothly. However, ok www is not responsible for the following:

• Bets or games affected by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the user's device or software.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account.
• Any loss or financial damage incurred by the user.
